Byrne Law was founded by Maria Byrne in 2012, a UK solicitor with over 25 years legal experience.
About
Maria obtained a 2:1 in Law & Psychology from the University of Keele and has worked at Hammonds (now Squire Patton Boggs) and Vinson & Elkins specialising in international dispute resolution.
She now provides non-contentious commercial advice, confidentiality agreements and project support, and legal risk management particularly for start-up companies wishing to regulate relationships with third parties.
Maria has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation and international arbitration including complex cross-border and multiple jurisdictional disputes, ADR and alternative strategies to litigation as well as corporate support work on drafting dispute resolution clauses. She has experience of worldwide injunctions, including acting as a court appointed supervisor of search orders, enforcement of judgments and related insolvency issues.
Maria is the principal of the firm.
